How Does the Main Story Work?

You can read an assortment of stories by accessing “Story” from the Main screen or pressing the Menu button on the bottom right. Let’s start by proceeding with the main story.

The main story is unlocked by using Main Story Passes . Main Story Passes can be obtained when your player level increases or through the Memorial Bangle Exchange. Learn more about memorial bangles by reading the “All About Exchanging Items!” article.

Reading the Main Story will unlock Normal Songs.

You will need to complete Normal Songs to be able to continue reading the main story, so be sure to check the conditions for unlocking each chapter. By completing the songs listed in the conditions, you will be able to proceed to new story chapters.

What are Side Stories?

Each Photo has its own side story. Side stories are unlocked from Side Story tiles in a Photo’s Moments. UR Photos have three side stories, SR Photos have two, while R and N Photos have one.

Side stories are fully voiced! When you finish reading one, you’ll get a fullscreen poster of the idol to enjoy. Make sure to check out the side stories of your favorite Photos.

Once you obtain a poster, it can be viewed by going to “Idol” from the Main screen or pressing the Menu button on the bottom right, then selecting your desired idol and tapping “Poster.”

What are Event Stories?

Event stories are obtained from events that are held twice a month. You can also read the event stories of events that have already ended.

You can unlock past events by spending Event Story Passes. Event Story Passes can be obtained from the Memorial Bangle Exchange.

Furthermore, some event stories have fully voiced versions.
In order to obtain the fully voiced version, you must first unlock all the regular chapters of the Event Story. You can toggle between standard and fully-voiced event stories by tapping the speaker icon at the top of the screen.
